How to Draw The Face of a Child

  Learning to draw:

It is difficult to imagine television without animated cartoons. Cartoon's role in the modern world has grown to multimillion dollar advertising campaigns and movie productions. 2D and 3D forms of animation have seen the most advanced techniques in the production house and 2D Flash has found extensive popularity in terms of understanding the basics of animation especially among the learners in animation schools. Flash animation has tools that render easy to draw sharp and round lines enabling character designing easy and quick. Obviously, in Flash animation, characters tend to be more cartoony and funky.

Children are the most natural cartooners. They have the natural flare to draw and their sketches are simple and spontaneous. It is therefore necessary to encourage every child to learn the art of cartooning, step by step. Not only does it help the child to develop and nurture a hobby, it also helps the child hone skills associated with learning and memory.

All sketching lessons start with circles, squares and triangles leading to a variety of steps in the construction of head and figure.

Whatever the steps and however preliminary they are, the methods are not the absolute. There is no prescribed way of approach in any art lesson for that matter. What is described here will only serve to practice some lines and enjoy creativity.
