		Tip and Trick: Before proceeding for designing avatar, practice this trick. To work on certiain minute parts of the image, it is neccessary to zoom whole image to the convenient size. Do not use transform tool to enlarge the image. Press Ctrl+Z and enlarge the image to the required size and make sure the size you chose is not pixelated too much. Now apply the trick here, press the Print Screen Key on key board to grab the enlarged image on to the clip board. Go to File>>New and clcik ok button on New dialogue window. Paste the enlarged image on to the new window by pressing Ctrl+V and Crop the required part to get rid of the other elements around. Save the enlarged image with new name. Now we are going to work on this enlarged new image without disturbing the original image

It is good practice to keep a copy of image in one layer as Master Copy. This will help you to recover from damages if something goes wrong in editing.

This eye is part of the zoomed image that you saved with new name. Only eye part is taken for explaining purpose. To get rid of all those pixels follow the procedure explained in Image 2

Select Smudge Tool (R) from tool box. Set it strength between 40 to 50%. When you smudge on dark part set the mode to darken and to normal when you smudge the other parts where darkness not needed. To lighten some light part use lighten mode. Do not use other modes. Try to merge pixels by smudging. Play around with different modes on different areas as applicable. By prcatice you will learn how to eliminate pixel by smudging them. After smudging your image more or less should look like Image 2.

Now it is time for enlarging and squeezing the parts in face. The main features of Caricature is to show larger parts more larger and smaller parts more smaller than its original size. That's what all about Caricatures. In this photo the mouth is larger than other parts. So let us enlarge it some more. To enlarge the mouth follow the procedure in image 4 and 5

Select losso tool and draw around the mouth to select the mouth.

In mouth selected condition press Ctrl+T to transform the selection. Hold shift key and and drag any corner of the trasform handle to enlarge the mouth to desire size. When done press enter key to disperse transform tool handles.

No worry if the mouth overlaps the nose. just copy nose piece from master copy and paste, align and merge.

To smudge the area around the mouth follow the procedure as explained in image 2 above
